FamilyMart China and Feishu Forge Partnership to Deepen Collaboration in AI-Powered Applications
Japanese convenience store chain FamilyMart's China subsidiary has entered into a strategic partnership with Feishu, an enterprise collaboration and managment platform developed by ByteDance, to deepen collaboration in integrated collaboration systems and AI-powered applications.
Under the agreement, the two companies will work together to build FamilyMart China’s “new digital infrastructure,” with a focus on addressing management and coordination challenges across more than 3,300 stores nationwide. The partnership aims to improve operational efficiency and strengthen digital capabilities throughout the convenience store chain.
A key component of the cooperation is the creation of a “unified portal” powered by Feishu. Through this platform, FamilyMart China will integrate its various business systems, allowing employees to access multiple functions within a single interface and eliminating the need to switch between multiple apps.
At the application level, the partnership will span several core areas, including supply chain management, store operations, and compliance control. By leveraging Feishu’s collaboration tools and AI technologies, FamilyMart aims to enhance real-time coordination, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent management across its retail network.
The move reflects FamilyMart China’s broader push toward digitalization and intelligent operations, as retailers seek to use technology to streamline processes and improve agility in an increasingly competitive market.
