TMTPOST -- PetroChina said the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) has approved the transfer of 541.2 million mainland-listed shares, representing 0.3% of its total equity, to China Mobile. The move will not alter PetroChina’s controlling shareholder structure, the company added.
