BEIJING, February 8 (TMTPOST) -- The goods delivered between China and Laos via the China-Laos Railway amounted to 550,000 tons in the year to date, up 29.7% year on year. Goods delivered via the railway totalled 2.01 million tons. Since the commencement of the railway’s operations on December 3, 2021, 27.87 million passenger trips were completed and 32.56 million tons of goods were transported. Of the total goods delivered, cross-border goods were 7.31 million tons. The types of cross-border goods have evolved from chemical fertilizers to electronic and cold-chain fruits.
