(AsianFin)—Beijing Wanda Plaza Industry Co., Ltd. has been acquired by Kunhua (Tianjin) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise and Kunyuanchenxing (Xiamen) Investment Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The original sole shareholder, Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group Co., Ltd., has exited. New China Life Insurance and CICC Capital Management hold 99.99% and 0.01% of the stakes of Kunhua (Tianjin) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, respectively. Wanda developer has been selling its mall units to repay debts in recent months. In March, a group of investors led by private equity firm PAG announced an investment of $8.3 billion for a 60% stake in Dalian Wanda's mall unit.
