TMTPOST--McDonald’s Corp. said Monday it is cooperating with Chinese market regulators to investigate reports of food safety violations at its outlets. The fast-food giant apologized after an investigation by local media revealed that employees had used expired ingredients to prepare meals and tampered with food expiration labels at a McDonald’s restaurant in Zhengzhou, Henan province, and at another in Jinan, Shandong province.
