Starting August 7, 2024, the cost for context cache storage will be reduced by 50%, from 10 RMB per 1M tokens per minute to 5 yuan per 1M tokens per minute. This price drop comes shortly after Kimi open platform's announcement on July 1, 2024, that it had begun public testing of its Context Caching technology.
