Asianfin – Following the divestiture of his stake in Legendary Entertainment, Wang Jianlin is further liquidating Wanda Group’s overseas assets. The Dalian Wanda Group has reportedly sold luxury yacht manufacturer Sunseeker International Ltd. to Lionheart Capital and Orienta Capital Partners for £160 million. The transaction has received regulatory approval, although specific terms of the deal have not been disclosed. As of this report, Wanda has not commented on the sale. Wanda Group originally acquired Sunseeker International for £320 million in 2013, purchasing 91.8% of the company’s shares. The remaining shares were bought by Sunseeker’s management at the same price as Wanda's acquisition. Following the merger, Wanda retained the management team of Sunseeker, along with its production facilities in the Britain and all employees.
