Asianfin -- Moonshot AI founder Yang Zhilin and co-founder and CTO Zhang Yutao have been subjected to arbitration filed by former investors from their time at Circulate Intelligence. The electronic arbitration application has been submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). In response, David Morrison, a senior partner at MinterEllison, stated, "Our firm has been retained by Mr. Yang and Mr. Zhang and is aware of the arbitration matter. We believe the case lacks both legal grounds and factual basis, and we will file a counterclaim accordingly."
