Elon Musk Intensifies Lawsuit Against OpenAI
TMTPOST -- U.S. entrepreneur Elon Musk on Wednesday escalated his lawsuit against OpenAI, the American research institute focused on artificial intelligence. Musk filed an updated complaint with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, extending the original filing with an additional 20 pages, bringing the total length to 107 pages.
The new lawsuit builds upon the one Musk filed in August and introduces additional antitrust allegations. It now includes Microsoft and California Attorney General Rob Bonta as defendants. Musk, a co-founder of OpenAI, stepped down from the company's board in 2018.
