TMTPOST -- OpenAI has recruited three senior computer vision and machine learning engineers from its competitor, Google DeepMind. OpenAI executives informed employees during an internal meeting that Lucas Beyer, Alexander Kolesnikov, and Xiaohua Zhai will focus on researching multimodal artificial intelligence. The three engineers will work at OpenAI's newly established office in Zurich.
