TMTPOST -- Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) announced plans to form a joint venture with Stellantis N.V., with each party holding a 50% stake. The joint venture will build a battery factory in Zaragoza, located in the Aragón region of Spain. The project represents a total investment of €4.038 billion and will be managed through the newly formed joint venture.
