TMTPOST -- Whether AI can become a driving force for a business's productivity depends on three key factors, said Zhang Yu, Honorary Partner at Alibaba, during the CES 2025 "Talk to the World" forum in Las Vegas on Friday. The first is the CEO's understanding of AI. He explained that the scope of the CEO’s awareness directly determines the boundaries for AI's application within the company. The second factor is whether the company has access to private data, as the quality of this data directly impacts the AI's effectiveness and productivity. Finally, Zhang noted the importance of deconstructing and digitizing workflows and operational processes. He stated that the answers to these processes will ultimately be provided by AI.
