TMTPOST --  Nvidia has quickly risen to become the second most valuable company in the world, driven by its leadership in artificial intelligence and graphics processing. At one point, the company even surpassed Apple to hold the top spot. Recent data shows that 78% of Nvidia employees have become millionaires (in USD). However, behind these high earnings lies a heavy workload. Nvidia employees commonly report working seven days a week, often staying up until 2 a.m. to meet deadlines, and attending intense meetings with strict time management expectations. In essence, employees are working with "golden handcuffs." Many have little time to spend with their families and some are even considering "semi-retirement" to cope with the negative effects of their demanding jobs.
