TMTPOST -- Google unveiled a new pair of AR glasses that combines a micro-display with Google’s Gemini AI assistant during a presentation on Wednesday at the TED Humanity Reimagined conference held in Vancouver, Canada. Shahram Izadi, head of Android XR, demonstrated the glasses, which resemble regular eyewear and can perform real-time translations, scan books, and execute various other tasks. “These glasses can work in conjunction with your phone to facilitate data streaming, making them very lightweight and allowing access to all applications on your phone,” said Izadi.   He also showcased a VR device similar to the Apple Vision Pro.
