TMTPOST -- Shanghai-listed Dafeng Industrial announced on Thursday that it has signed an "Equity Cooperation Agreement" with Shanghai Zhiyuan New Technology Co., Ltd. The two parties will form a joint venture company, primarily engaged in the development and commercialization of humanoid robot projects tailored to the needs of the cultural, entertainment, and tourism market. The registered capital of the joint venture is 10 million yuan, with Dafeng Industrial contributing 8.5 million yuan, accounting for 85% of the registered capital. This collaboration aims to further promote the integration of resources and technological synergy between both parties in the fields of cultural, entertainment, and tourism scenarios, as well as embodied intelligent robots, through the establishment of the joint venture and the clarification of implementation details.
