TMTPOST -- Anta Sports announced on Thursday that its subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Topgolf regarding the purchase of equity in Callaway Germany Holdco GmbH. Anta has conditionally agreed to acquire 100% of the target company, with an initial purchase price of $290 million in cash, subject to adjustments for net working capital and other customary adjustments. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter or the beginning of the third quater in 2025. The target company, registered in Germany, operates Jack Wolfskin, one of the world’s leading outdoor apparel, footwear, and gear brands.
