TMTPOST -- U.S.-based semiconductor startup Groq is in discussions with investors to raise between $300 million and $500 million at a post-money valuation of $6 billion, according to a report from The Information citing sources familiar with the matter. The potential funding round is aimed at supporting a newly signed deal with Saudi Arabia, the report said.
