Octopus Energy, the largest electricity corporation in Britain, has formed a joint venture with a Hangzhou-based energy firm, marking its official entry into the Chinese market.  The JV was announced during British Primer Minister Keir Starmer's official visit to China that kicked off on Wednesday.
