SK Hynix May Use TSMC's 3nm Process for TSMC's HBM4E Logic Chips
NextFin News -- SK Hynix is considering using a 10nm-class sixth-generation (1c) DRAM process to produce its HBM4E core chips, while the logic chips will be manufactured using TSMC's 3nm technology.
SK Hynix is a leading South Korean semiconductor company that manufactures dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) chips and flash memory chips. It is one of the world's largest semiconductor vendors, and along with Samsung Electronics and Micron.
