NextFin News -- At the 2026 Xuantie RISC-V Ecosystem Conference held in Shanghai, Alibaba's DAMO Academy announced its next-generation flagship CPU product, the Xuantie C950, which provides native support for large models with billions of parameters like Qwen 3 and DeepSeek V3. The new product, expected to become a high-end CPU in the era of AI agents, features an open-source RISC-V architecture, achieving a single-core general performance score exceeding 70 points in the SPECint2006 benchmark, setting a new global performance record for RISC-V CPUs. It is suitable for applications in cloud computing, generative AI, high-end robotics, and edge computing. Additionally, the Xuantie C950 leverages the open-source characteristics of RISC-V and is equipped with a self-developed AI acceleration engine.
