SK Hynix Plans to Raise Approximately $10 Billion Through U.S. IPO
NextFin News -- SK Hynix is planning to raise between 10 trillion and 15 trillion Korean won (approximately $10 billion) by going public in the United States.
The potential proceeds will be used to build artificial intelligence infrastructure, such as a semiconductor cluster in Yongin, South Korea, and to expand the production capacity of storage products.
In response to the reports, a spokesperson for SK Hynix said: "Various measures aimed at enhancing shareholder value, including American Depositary Receipts (ADR), are currently under review. However, no final decision has been made yet."
