NextFin News -- The world's leading chip producer TSMC plans to start mass production of advanced 3-nanometer (3nm) chips in Japan by 2028. The second wafer fabrication plant located in Kumamoto will have a monthly capacity of 15,000 12-inch wafers, marking the first production capability for 3nm technology within Japan.
