ACE Robotics Launches World's First Residential 3D Spatial Intelligence Model
TMTPOST — SenseTime-backed embodied artificial intelligence startup ACE Robotics Co., Ltd. officially launched "Kairos-HomeWorld" on Friday, a generative world model framework capable of rendering fully interactive, structurally coherent three-dimensional residential scenes.
Developed in partnership with the Multimedia Laboratory of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Shenzhen Loop Area Institute, the unified software architecture generates multi-room domestic layouts based on simple textual descriptions. To expand the spatial intelligence ecosystem, the developer concurrently open-sourced a massive domestic 3D training dataset consisting of 300,000 structural floor plans and 5,000 full-house simulated environments to eliminate real-world data bottlenecks in long-sequence household robotics training.
The deployment highlights an accelerating industrial transformation within the Chinese Mainland's artificial intelligence sector, where developers are pivoting from internet-centric generative systems toward physical-world embodied intelligence. By establishing scalable, near-zero marginal cost simulation training grounds, this model shifts research paradigms away from slow, manual data collection toward automated synthetic data factories. This structural evolution addresses severe domestic training data scarcity, building foundational infrastructure to accelerate the mass commercialization of autonomous consumer robotics.
