TMTPOST — Tencent Cloud’s consolidated large language model platform, TokenHub, has surpassed five trillion tokens in daily consumption following three consecutive months of exponential growth, company executives disclosed at a developer conference on Friday. The Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) gateway has doubled its transaction volume month-over-month since its deployment, according to Gao Hang, General Manager of Tencent Cloud and head of TokenHub. The enterprise cloud infrastructure integrates Tencent's proprietary Hunyuan model suite alongside flagship third-party architectures including DeepSeek, Baichuan, and Zhipu AI, establishing a unified application programming interface (API) network for corporate machine learning developers. The volume surge reflects an intense infrastructure centralization within the Chinese Mainland’s artificial intelligence sector, where corporate developers are shifting workloads toward unified cloud aggregators.
