The joint initiative will be finalized at the upcoming World Artificial Intelligence Conference on Thursday, where executives will present a cross-platform architecture labeled Agentic OS. Internal corporate communications confirm that Xu Zhuhong, head of multi-modal interaction at Alibaba’s specialized Token Foundry unit, will co-lead the integration framework alongside Honor’s hardware division, merging centralized cloud computing models with localized on-device sensory layers. Consumer electronics manufacturing pipelines on the Chinese mainland are moving aggressively past standard application-layer software extensions to embed persistent computational intelligence directly into hardware fabrics.
