RealAI Secures Hundreds of Millions of Yuan in Series B Funding
TMTPOST — Beijing-based RealAI completed dual Series B1 and B2 financing rounds on Tuesday, securing hundreds of millions of yuan to expand production of enterprise-grade secure artificial intelligence platforms.
The multi-tranche investment attracted capital from Starlink Capital, China Merchants Group’s Digital Trade Fund, Tsinghua Waterwood Alumni Seed Fund, Tsinghua Yuan Capital, Tsinghua Yuan Asia, and Fudi Venture Capital. RealAI will deploy the newly raised capital to accelerate core research into trustworthy foundation model architectures, enhance technical verification systems, and scale commercial deployment across highly regulated business sectors. The fresh equity injection aims to expand the software firm's footprint across critical state-owned enterprise workflows, public sector infrastructure, and tier-one financial institutions.
Data privacy mandates and regulatory scrutiny are driving state-owned enterprises to adopt trustworthy computing layers before deploying large language models into core administrative and financial workflows. As generative algorithms handle increasingly sensitive institutional data, enterprise clients require third-party auditing tools and privacy-preserving frameworks to prevent algorithmic hallucinations, data leakage, and adversarial vulnerabilities. Strategic equity investments by state-backed innovation funds underline a growing capital pivot toward specialized safety infrastructure capable of securing enterprise artificial intelligence deployments.
