Turing Quantum Begins IPO Tutoring Process
TMTPOST — Shanghai Turing Intelligence Computing Quantum Technology Co., Ltd., known as Turing Quantum, registered for IPO tutoring with the Shanghai office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Wednesday.
Guotai Haitong Securities will serve as the tutoring broker as the company prepares for an initial public offering of shares on the A-share market. The firm specializes in the research, development and industrialization of photonic quantum chips and quantum computing systems. Its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Siliang Quantum Technology Co., Ltd., holds a 34.10 percent stake according to the tutoring filing.
Turing Quantum has completed multiple financing rounds in recent years, building valuation above RMB7 billion and advancing photonic-chip pilot production and quantum-computing applications. The tutoring step marks the formal start of its path toward a public listing amid growing investor interest in quantum technologies in China.
