MatriQ Completes Multi-Hundred-Million Yuan A+ Financing Round
TMTPOST — Neutral-atom quantum computing company MatriQ, also known as Atomic Matrix, has closed a multi-hundred-million yuan Series A+ round, the firm announced. Participants included Yunfeng Fund, 37 Interactive Entertainment, Puhua Capital, Caitong Capital, Shanghai Semiconductor Industry Investment, Tangxing Capital, Borui Capital, Hechuang Capital and Haibang Investment, with existing shareholder Minyin International adding further capital. The investor group spans leading financial, industrial and state-backed institutions. Founded in 2025 and based in Hangzhou, MatriQ specializes in full-stack neutral-atom quantum computing solutions. Since starting fundraising in the second half of 2025, the company has completed four rounds within a year and raised nearly RMB 1 billion in total. It has progressed from prototype systems to large-scale arrays exceeding 2,000 physical qubits and reports having completed technical finalization of its first commercial product.
