TMTPOST — ByteDance has integrated the teams behind its TRAE and Coze office AI products into the Doubao system, according to reports and a company response on Monday. TRAE Work and Coze will combine their capabilities with Doubao for workplace scenarios, while TRAE IDE and CLI will continue as the programming product line under the Doubao brand. The product and operations teams will report to Doubao’s product head. The move consolidates ByteDance’s AI office offerings around Doubao as the core AI business pillar. Doubao is expected to launch an independent AI office product and brand called “Doubao Work” as early as this week. ByteDance said the reorganization aims to better coordinate product and technical resources to deliver improved AI work experiences, and that existing users’ rights and benefits will remain unaffected.
