TMTPOST — Physical AI company DeepCtrls has completed a multi-hundred-million-yuan Series B+ financing round led by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, or CATL. Participants include Fosun Capital, Taiping Innovation Investment and GF Xinde, with existing shareholders such as Source Code Capital also increasing their stakes. The round follows a Series B financing earlier in 2026. DeepCtrls, based in Nanjing, develops physical AI systems for energy efficiency, intelligent control and infrastructure optimization serving data centers, semiconductors and new-energy facilities. Proceeds will support continued research, product scaling and market expansion.
