TMTPOST — Compute-in-memory AI chip company Houmo Intelligent has completed a Series B financing of tens of billions of yuan, according to multiple reports citing informed sources. Investors included upstream and downstream industrial capital, state-owned capital and international investors, with several existing shareholders increasing their stakes. At a recent partner conference, the company said its edge large-model chip M50, in mass production for less than a year, has secured more than 150 product design wins and serves over 100 customers. Proceeds will expand M50 delivery, advance the next-generation M6X and 3D CIM products, and strengthen the software toolchain and ecosystem.
