BEIJING, August 2 (TMTPOST) -- A family esiding in Hangzhou with three children now qualify for 20% above the maximum loan for a regular family when purchasing their first home and apply for a housing provident fund loan for the first time.

Hangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Committee issued the "Notice on the Implementation of Preferential Housing Provident Fund Policies for Families with Three Children" on Monday, which set out the above rule.

Meanwhile, for three-child families to withdraw a housing provident fund for renting, the withdrawal amount can be 50% above the prescribed limit.

Specifically, in the purchase of a residential property, the loan amount for a first home is determined based on the number of both properties and mortgages. For rental, the specific amount for a family living in Hangzhou City (including Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Linping District, Fuyang District, Lin'an District) is 1800 yuan / month.

Many other places in China have released new policies regarding the real estate market. In addition to Hangzhou, there are more than 30 cities or regions, including Cangzhou, and Changsha, to support families with more than one child to purchase homes. New policies in the real estate market have been introduced, including relaxing purchase restrictions, increasing the housing fund loan amount and giving subsidies to purchase homes.

For example, Cangzhou city, Hebei province, introduced preferential policies last Saturday to increase the amount of housing provident fund loans for multi-child families. Among them, the maximum loan amount for a two-child family rose by 100,000 yuan, and the maximum loan amount for a three-child family increased by 200,000 yuan.

Such initiatives can further reduce the costs of multi-child families for purchasing homes and boost market demand, while also protecting the rights of multi-child families to purchase homes. It helps promote the subsequent stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
